Toy is a item that is used for playing by young children. From very ancient period children are using toy for enjoyable play. But there are great difference are found among the toys and between the past different materials like wood, bamboo, paper, soil, etc are used to made toys for children. Wooden doll was very popular toy for the children especially the girl. Various colorful paper also used to decorate the toys or to make attractive for the children. Village fair was the place where different kinds of toys are displayed. Now a day’s metal or plastic ore used to make toys. Some electric toys are also available. Some toys are playing with battery. Children are more interested in playing with modern toys then before. In the future which kids toys are with be invented only god knows.

History

Most children play with natural things, such as sticks and rocks.  Toys and games have been also found from the sites of ancient civilizations. Those toys are made from materials found in nature, such as rocks, sticks, and clay. Greek children, especially girls, came of age it was customary for them to sacrifice the toys of their childhood to the gods.
